We’re looking for a dynamic, people-focused Talent and Engagement Coordinator to help us attract top talent, support employee success, and foster an engaging, inclusive workplace culture.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be an essential part of the HR team, working across multiple functions to support talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and internal communications. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety and the chance to help shape how people experience life at Tnemec.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Coordinate and support recruitment efforts from job postings to offer letters
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and create effective sourcing strategies
  • Lead onboarding to ensure every new hire feels welcomed and prepared
  • Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate, up-to-date information

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan fun, inclusive events and recognition programs that celebrate our people
  • Help lead employee surveys, analyze feedback, and collaborate on improvements
  • Support internal communications with newsletters, company updates, and digital content

HR Operations & Support

  • Keep employee records organized and current in our HRIS
  • Assist with performance review processes and training coordination
  • Be a helpful and confidential point of contact for HR questions and support

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or employee engagement
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; HRIS and ATS experience is a plus
  • A genuine passion for creating a positive, people-centered work environment
