An advanced technology, direct-to-metal, corrosion-inhibiting coating with very good early flash-rust resistance, as well as long term corrosion protection and weathering properties. Formulated to resist mildew growth on the paint film. Provides good gloss and color retention on structural steel, tanks, towers, pipes and similar structures. May also be used on a wide range of other substrates and many aged coatings, interior or exterior (test patch is recommended per Technical Bulletin 98-10). Application methods include “dry-fall” under certain conditions (see Application). Note: Spra-Saf EN’s “dry-fall” characteristics help reduce the potential for overspray problems on buildings and surrounding property.

Excellent adhesion properties allow for use on marginally prepared surfaces when blast cleaning is not possible.

A single-component, moisture-cured, zinc-rich primer for steel structures, including the interior and exterior of steel potable water tanks. Commonly used in commercial, industrial, and marine markets in various applications to provide outstanding long-term corrosion resistance when used as a primer in conjunction with other Tnemec coatings. Series 94-H2O has no maximum recoat time, cures quickly and offers rapid recoat at surface temperatures down to 35°F (2°C). Note: When used in conjunction with cathodic protection, anodes or impressed current systems should not provide current demand more negative than –1.05 volts relative to a copper–copper sulfate reference electrode half-cell.

Series 469 LavaCrete is a non-shrinking epoxy polymer concrete used for the rehabilitation of severely eroded concrete or for the corrosion proofing of new concrete where chemical resistance is required throughout the complete topping system. Also used to cast sumps, drains and trenches and is an outstanding grouting material for vibration dampening in base plates and on motor pads. Series 469 kits are packaged for casting and standard placement of material. A grouting mix may be made by adjusting the kit for a more fluid application. This corrosion resistant resin is used as the base product for many reinforced applications due to the versatility provided from the product being supplied as “neat” or non-pigmented. A versatile selection for many secondary containments and process floors, Series 1415 is best for caustic and high-ph applications, and when used as the base material for silica-free systems. Use with specialty mortar powders, to embed glass mats, as a saturant coat or as a pigmented self-leveling finish coat. Series 1415 was formerly ProPolymer 4860.

This extremely corrosion resistant coating is used as the base product for many reinforced applications due to the versatility provided from the product being supplied as “neat” or non-pigmented. Series 1416 is the best selection for strong acid conditions and when temperatures above ambient conditions are expected. Use this product to add specialty mortar powders, to embed glass mats, as a saturant coat, or as a pigmented self-leveling finish coat. Combine with LavaCrete Part C aggregate to create an enhanced corrosion resistant polymer concrete. Series 1416 was formerly ProPolymer 4847.

Resistant to very high temperature service and extremely corrosive environments, this coating is used as the base product for many reinforced applications due to the versatility provided from the product being supplied as "neat" or non-pigmented. Series 1418 is the recommended selection for use in the most chemically demanding environments, such as, wet or dry FGD scrubbers, ductwork and slurry tanks operating in elevated temperature conditions. Use with specialty mortar powders, to embed glass mats, as a saturant coat or as a pigmented self-leveling finish coat. Series 1418 was formally ProPolymer 4847HT.

Series 1420 is an FDA-compliant, trowel-grade vinyl ester lining suitable for direct-food contact in tanks and vessels. Glass-flake reinforcement provides additional abrasion and permeation resistance in wet slurry or immersion service environments. Series 1420 may be used as a stand-alone lining system or with a gel coat in a multi-coat system. Replaces ProPolymer 4855T.
